1. Guarantee normal office load


The volume and property of office load of construction machinery have an important influence on the damage process of qualitative machinery. Generally speaking, the wear of parts increases proportionally with the increase of load. When the load of parts is higher than the uniform preset load, the wear will increase. Additionally, under the same other conditions, the stable load has less wear and tear, fewer failures and lower life span than the dynamic load. The experiment shows that the wear of the cylinder will increase by two times when the engine works under constant load compared with that under steady load. Under normal load, the failure rate of engine engine is low, and the survival time is prolonged. On the contrary, when an engine operates under overload, the occurrence of faults becomes more superficial, and the life span of the engine will be less than the preset index. Machinery wear which often varies in a wide range of loads is greater than that which works steadily in succession.


2. Deterioration of Corrosion Effectiveness


Corrosion occurs when the metal surface is damaged by chemical or electrochemical effects with the surrounding media. This corrosion effect not only affects the normal work of mechanical surface facilities, but also corrodes the parts in the machinery. Such as rainwater, air chemicals and other mechanical components through the external channels, slots, etc. into the mechanical interior, corrosion of mechanical parts, accelerate mechanical wear, increase mechanical failure. Because the corrosion effect is sometimes invisible and intangible, it is easy to be ignored, so its harm is greater. In operation, managers and operators should take effective measures to reduce the impact of chemical corrosion on machinery according to the local meteorological and air pollution conditions. The key point is to avoid rainwater and chemical composition in the air from entering the machinery and to reduce the operation in rainwater as much as possible.


3. The effect of reducing mechanical impurities


Mechanical impurities generally refer to dust, raw soil and other non-metallic things and engineering machinery in the process of their own sprouting of metal chips, wear products and so on. These impurities once entered the inside of the machine, and between the appropriate appearance of the machine, their harm is very serious. They not only block the relative movement, accelerate the wear of the parts, but also scrape the proper appearance, damage the lubricant film, make the parts temperature rise and the lubricant deteriorate.


According to the calibration, when the mechanical impurities in lubricating oil increase to 0.15%, the wear speed of the piston ring in the first passage of engine engine will be 2.5 times higher than the normal value; when the impurity particles enter the shaft, its life will be reduced by 80%-90%. Because of this, for the engineering machinery working in the place with inferior background and complex conditions, first, it is necessary to use high-quality components, lubricating oil and grease to block the source of harmful impurities; second, it is necessary to do a good job in the mechanical prevention and protection of office presence, to ensure that the corresponding institutions can work normally and avoid all kinds of impurities. The quality enters the mechanical interior. To expose the breakdown of the machinery, try to repair the regular repair site. When repairing on the spot, we should also take precautions against the contamination of dust and other impurities on the parts changed during repairing on the spot.


4. Effect of Damage Reduction Temperature


In the office, the temperature of each component has its own normal range. For example, the temperature of common cooling water is 80-90 C, and the temperature of hydraulic oil in hydraulic transmission system is 30-60 C. If the temperature is below or beyond this range, the wear of parts will be accelerated, the deterioration of lubricating oil will be induced, resulting in the change of material properties and so on.


The experiment shows that the wear of main transmission gears and bearings of various construction machinery is 10-12 times greater when they are operated in - 5 C lubricating oil than in 3 C lubricating oil. However, when the temperature is too high, the deterioration of lubricating oil will be accelerated. For example, when the oil temperature exceeds 55-60 C, the oxygen gasification rate of lubricating oil will double with the increase of oil temperature by 5 C. Therefore, in the process of operation of construction machinery, first of all, it is necessary to avoid overload operation at low temperature, to ensure the normal operation of low-speed preheating stage, so that the machinery can walk or work after reaching the prescribed temperature, not to neglect its critical effect because it did not show problems at the beginning; second, it is necessary to avoid the operation of machinery at high temperature. In the process of operation, the number on various thermometers should be checked frequently. If the problem is found, the machine will stop immediately and the trouble will be removed as soon as possible. For those who can't find an excuse for a while, they must not make the machine work with illness without disposal. In the daily office, we should pay attention to the office status of the cooling system. For water-cooled machinery, it is necessary to inspect and add cooling water before working every day. For air-cooled machinery, it is also necessary to regularly and thoroughly clean up the dust on the air-cooled system to ensure the smooth cooling air duct.
